Digital Delivery Policy

Immediate Access: All digital products, guides, and checklists are delivered instantly on the “Thank You” page immediately after your purchase is completed.

Email Backup: As an additional service, a secondary email containing your download links will be sent to your inbox within 24 hours of purchase. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it.

Note: The physical shipping information below applies only to physical merchandise orders (if applicable). Digital products do not incur shipping fees or customs charges.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are no physical products sold on the site at this time. There are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
